TAX PROBLEM STOPEED: 10 Hour ASAP Work Block

WAIVER REQUIRED FOR ANY GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT: Good Faith Deposits are held and applied to future engagements. All payments are non-refundable. We require Good Faith Deposits because our Firm can only accept a limited number of Client engagements. If the Firm and Client agree to end an engagement, the Firm, at its sole discretion, may elect to refund some or part of a payment contingent upon receipt of the Firm’s release signed by all related Client(s).

COPIES OF RECORDS: We will upload copies of the final returns to your portal at the end of this engagement. It is the Client’s responsibility to store these records, along with all supporting documents, in a secure location for the statute of exam which is a minimum of three (3) years, often is six (6) years and can be decades longer for assets or items such as depreciation, investment/business ownership basis, bank & financial transactions, and capital gain reporting. Paper copies of records can be requested and will be billed by time and materials.

DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE: FIRM does not represent Clients on a fixed-fee basis, and it is impossible to determine in advance the amount of time that will be required to perform services for Client. Many third parties including but not limited to the client and its staff such as, vendors and contractors, government agencies, or other third parties related to the Client’s business may engage in conduct which is unforeseen, beyond FIRM's control, and which shall require FIRM to expend additional time and/or to incur additional costs not initially considered. All fee and cost-estimates, including any estimate of the total sum of fees and costs to be incurred by Client, are merely estimates. Nothing in this Agreement and nothing in FIRM's communications with Client shall be construed as FIRM's promise or guarantee concerning the total fees or costs to be incurred. FIRM makes no such promises or guarantees, nor can FIRM withdraw or cease performing services in some instances as there are instances where doing so might be inconsistent with regulation. Comments or discussions about what usual and customary costs for similar projects or clients are expressions of opinion only.
